Refund Policy

Taxcoach offers digital services including government form submissions, consultations, and compliance processes. Due to the nature of digital delivery and government dependencies, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only if service is not initiated within 72 hours of payment.
• No refund is processed once government filing is completed or document generation is initiated.

2. Cancellation

Users can cancel requests before work is started. Cancellation requests can be made via email to support@taxcoach.co.in.

3. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
